What is meditation ? Why meditation is necessary in the present scenario ? What meditation does to our brain? 



Meditation simply means stop cluttering of the mind and put it on peace. meditation means quieting of mind meditation quiets the mind. if we have quieted our mind then our focus will improve. we shall be able to do our work with increased  focus. in the present scenario meditation is necessary for every person because it changes our brain waves if once the brain waves of a person change then his whole personality change and every aspect of his life improves.

What is meditation ?

Meditation means be present. meditation simply means  do the task which is in hand with awareness. if you are doing any of the task with awareness. means you are meditating.

If we are able to do meditation everywhere then why should we do meditation after sitting at a  place  quietly ?

 we should do meditation by sitting at a  peaceful place because by doing so we are training our mind to be calm. If we do so then our mind will stay in a state of calmness whole the day long. this is the basic purpose of  practising meditation having  sit at a place.And  if we sit calmly at a place that time new neurons are fired in our brain .If we sit in a meditative state at a peaceful place that time we actually train our mind to stay calm .In the meditative state our mind becomes calm . 

                     Meditation is as powerful that it can change the whole chemistry of our mind . It makes the new form of the self . Meditation is as powerful that it can do all things that medicines will never do .

Why meditation is useful as well as necessary for every human being ?

Meditation is necessary because every human being wants to live his life with happiness , peace and prosperity .But if we have not mastered our mind then this can't be possible .
      
                  If a person perform s meditation on a daily basis then sooner or later he will be able to take charge of his or her mind . Meditation gives us the power using that we can become incharge of our own life . Because meditation makes our mind calm. And if a person's mind is calm then new ideas will pop up in his mind so he can achieve anything in his life .


How meditation can make our mind calm ?

When we practice meditation having sit at a calm place that time new neurons are fired in our brain . These new neurons change the whole chemistry of the brain . These new neurons make new neuro pathways in our brain . If it is practiced some days then these neuro pathways become permanent in our brain . Thus our mind becomes calm if we practice meditation. 
                     "Meditation is the tool using which we can take charge of the super computer that is called human brain " 


Here we are going to tell you some ways of practising meditation :-

Buddha meditation (Vipasana meditation) :-

This meditation is simply based on focusing on breathing. In this meditation you simply have to focus on breathing nd have to focus on its natural flow. This technique is really so powerful. 


Zen mindfulness meditation   :-

This is also a simple tyoe of meditation. In this meditation you have to sit at a calmes place and you have to observe your body.In tgis meditation you dont have to do anything but only have to observe your own body as an observer. 


Chakra meditation   :-

In this meditation  you have to focus on your chakras. This is also a powerful type of  meditation.When we focus on our chakras then after some time we observe that our mind has become calm. this meditation cleans our all 7 chakras and balance them .

Dhyan mudra meditation :-

In this meditation you have to sit in dhyan mudra and have to focus on your breathing. you just have to observe the natural flow of  breath as it is coming in or going out. This increases our concentration power .
 

Meditation be present :-

In this meditation we need not have to do anything we just have to sit a place and have to observe our own mind.We dont have to worry if it wanders. If it wanders then bring your focus back on the self.


                   Here we notice that all the meditation techniques are approximately same . All the techniques are saying to live in the present moment .Every meditation teaches us to take charge of our own mind and create the life which we really want .
                       All the meditation techniques are different by names but their essence is same . All techniques focus on the same thing they all say about calming the mind .
